What existed: The ideal retail location, perfectly positioned within Silicon Beach.
What was needed: A major branding refresh! 

Stuck in the past, the space, branding and marketing needed to live up to the location. We created a three part editorial series called SPACE that would serve as an unconventional leasing book and magazine that people would actually want to read, inspired by the community of Runway.
